Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal macarons, we are unable to accept physical returns once the product has left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, we are committed to providing a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery.

Capture Documentation
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label as these are required for our quality assurance review.

Resolution Approval
